Job DetailsDuties/Responsibilities Health & Safety Inspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
Maintains records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
Member of Health & Safety Committee Maintain and perform all audits and OSHA reporting Work closely with all levels of the management to ensure compliance through facility Manage all WC cases and claims Performs other related duties as assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities HR Ability to implement and develop training, orientation, and communication programs Experience with time and attendance software, payroll, and benefits.
Knowledgeable of all HR policies and procedures, and answer employee questions Work closely with internal divisions, HR director, department heads and employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and company values HR generalist assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, analyzing HR data, and handling employee relations, safety, affirmative action, and employment equity programs.
Required Skills/Abilities Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies; ISO-9000, ISO-9001, ITAF, etc.
Proficient in technology used for payroll, time and attendance, and benefits Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, PPT, excel and similar software.
